When you don't have a dedicated holder and have to change off, these mitts work extremely well. The hand pocket is the proper size so your wraps don't become wrinkled up when removing your hand from the mitt. Also, the back strap provides excellent stability. We designed the mitts as a punch mitt but are finding out from customers that the mitts do work for certain kick training applications.
